Simple Italian dessert of vanilla gelato drowned in hot espresso.

  • 4 scoops vanilla gelato or ice cream
  • 4 shots hot espresso
  • Biscotti for serving
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)

    Place one scoop of gelato in each serving glass.
