Classic Almond Biscotti

Twice-baked Italian cookies perfect for dunking in coffee or tea.

  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup whole almonds

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Beat eggs with extracts; add to dry.

    Fold in almonds.

    Form into 2 logs on baking sheet.

    Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
