Classic Almond Biscotti
Twice-baked Italian cookies perfect for dunking in coffee or tea.

- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup whole almonds
