Apple Cinnamon Oat Bars
Wholesome oat bars with spiced apple filling. Like apple pie for breakfast.

- 3 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter
- For filling: 3 cups diced apples, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp flour

Mix oat crust ingredients; press 2/3 into pan.

Cook apples with sugar, cinnamon, flour until soft.

Spread over crust.

Crumble remaining crust on top.
