Apple Turnovers
Flaky puff pastry filled with cinnamon-spiced apples and drizzled with sweet glaze.

- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg for wash
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk

Cook apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice until soft.

Cut each pastry sheet into 4 squares.

Place apple filling on each square; fold into triangles.

Seal edges with fork; brush with egg wash.
