Southern Banana Pudding
Layers of vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, and vanilla wafers. Pure comfort!

- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
- 4 cups cold milk
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 4-5 ripe bananas, sliced

Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick.

Stir in condensed milk until smooth.

Fold in half of the whipped topping.

Layer vanilla wafers in bottom of a 9x13 dish.

Add layer of bananas, then pudding mixture.

Repeat layers, ending with pudding.

Top with remaining whipped topping.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Baker's Tips
- •Use ripe but firm bananas
- •Make ahead - it gets better overnight
