  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
