Blueberry Crumble Bars
Fresh blueberry filling between layers of buttery oat crumble.

- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup butter, melted

Toss blueberries with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice.

Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda.

Stir in butter until crumbly.

Press 2/3 into 9x9 pan.

Spread blueberries over.

Crumble remaining mixture on top.

Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes.
