Blueberry Lemon Cupcakes
Bright lemon cupcakes bursting with blueberries and lemon cream cheese frosting.

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- For frosting: 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter, 3 cups powdered sugar, 2 tbsp lemon zest

Make lemon cupcake batter.

Toss blueberries with 1 tbsp flour; fold in.

Bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes.

Beat cream cheese and butter; add sugar and zest.
