Fresh Blueberry Pie
Bursting with fresh blueberries in a double-crust pie. Summer perfection!

- Double pie crust (2 crusts)
- 6 cups fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter, cut into pieces
- 1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water for wash

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place bottom crust in pie plate.

Toss blueberries with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon.

Pour into crust; dot with butter.

Top with second crust; seal and crimp edges.

Cut vents in top; brush with egg wash.

Bake 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Cool at least 2 hours before serving.
