Butter Pecan Shortbread

  • 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped and toasted

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add flour, salt, and pecans.

    Press into 9x13 pan.

    Prick with fork.
