Caramel Apple Tart
Thinly sliced apples arranged in a rose pattern over caramel on puff pastry.

- 4 medium apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Cinnamon

Roll puff pastry into 10-inch circle; place in tart pan.

Make caramel: cook sugar until amber, add butter and cream.
