Cardamom Rose Water Cookies
Fragrant Middle Eastern-inspired cookies with cardamom and a whisper of rose water.

- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- Pinch salt
- Crushed pistachios

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

Add rose water.

Mix flour, cornstarch, cardamom, salt; add to butter.

Roll into balls; flatten slightly.

Press pistachio pieces on top.
