Chai Spiced Snickerdoodles
Classic snickerdoodles upgraded with warm chai spices. Soft, chewy, and aromatic.

- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- For rolling: 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cardamom, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp allspice
