  • 8 oz dark chocolate batons or chopped chocolate
  • 1 egg for wash

    Roll dough into rectangles.

    Cut into triangles or rectangles.

    Place chocolate at wide end.

    Roll up toward point.

    Curve ends slightly.

    Rise 2 hours if using croissant dough.
