Chocolate Fudge Cake
Rich, moist chocolate cake with decadent chocolate ganache frosting.

- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup hot coffee
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- For ganache: 2 cups chocolate chips, 1 cup heavy cream

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 9-inch round pans.

Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes.

Stir in hot coffee (batter will be thin).

Divide between pans and bake 30-35 minutes.

Cool completely.

For ganache: Heat cream, pour over chocolate chips, stir until smooth.
