Chocolate Ganache Tart
Silky smooth dark chocolate ganache in a crisp chocolate cookie crust.

- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 12 oz dark chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Flaky sea salt

Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press into tart pan.
