Chocolate Hazelnut Cake
Rich flourless chocolate cake with Nutella frosting. Naturally gluten-free!

- 8 oz dark chocolate
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup ground hazelnuts
- For frosting: 1 cup Nutella, 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- Whole hazelnuts for decoration

Melt chocolate and butter; cool slightly.

Beat in sugar and eggs one at a time.

Fold in ground hazelnuts.

Bake at 350°F in greased springform for 25-30 minutes.
