Chocolate Lava Cake

Individual cakes with a molten chocolate center that flows when you cut into them.

  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 6 tbsp flour

    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease 4 ramekins.

    Melt chocolate and butter together.

    Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.

    Whisk in eggs and yolks, then flour.

    Divide among ramekins.

    Bake 12-14 minutes until edges are firm but center is soft.
