Chocolate Stout Cake
Deeply dark, incredibly moist chocolate cake made with stout beer.

- 1 cup stout beer
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- For frosting: 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 cups whipped cream

Melt butter in stout; whisk in cocoa.

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda.

Add eggs and sour cream to beer mixture.

Combine wet and dry.
