Dark Chocolate Truffle Tart
Intensely rich chocolate tart that's basically a giant truffle in a crust.

- 1 chocolate tart shell, baked
- 10 oz dark chocolate
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Cocoa powder
- Flaky salt

Chop chocolate fine.

Heat cream until simmering.

Pour over chocolate; let sit 2 minutes.

Stir until smooth; add butter and vanilla.
