Cinnamon Swirl Bread
Soft, tender bread with a gorgeous cinnamon sugar swirl running through every slice.

- 3 cups flour
- 1 packet yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- For swirl: 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp butter

Dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar.

Mix flour, sugar, butter, egg, and salt; add yeast mixture.

Knead until smooth; let rise 1 hour.

Roll into rectangle; spread with butter, sugar, and cinnamon.

Roll up tightly and place in loaf pan.

Let rise 30 minutes; bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes.
