Coconut Lime Cupcakes
Tropical coconut cupcakes with zesty lime buttercream frosting.

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- For frosting: 1 cup butter, 4 cups powdered sugar, 3 tbsp lime juice, lime zest
- Toasted coconut
