Coconut Mochi Bites
Chewy, sweet mochi bites with coconut flavor. Gluten-free and addictive.

- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Mix rice flour and sugar.

Add coconut milk, water, butter, vanilla.
