Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake
Tender cake with a ribbon of cinnamon and crunchy streusel topping.

- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- For streusel: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup cold butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 pan.

Make streusel: Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon; cut in butter.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add butter, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; beat well.

Spread half the batter in pan.
