Congo Bars

Chewy blondies loaded with chocolate chips. Dense and delicious!

  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

    Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

    Beat melted butter and brown sugar.

    Add eggs and vanilla.

    Add flour mixture; fold in chocolate chips.

    Spread in greased 9x13 pan.

    Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
