- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 egg for wash
- Coarse sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Cut pastry into 1-inch strips.

Wrap around cream horn molds, overlapping slightly.

Brush with egg wash; sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 400F for 15-18 minutes.

Cool; remove from molds.

Whip cream with sugar and vanilla.
