Cream Horns

Flaky puff pastry spirals filled with vanilla whipped cream.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 egg for wash
  • Coarse sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

    Cut pastry into 1-inch strips.

    Wrap around cream horn molds, overlapping slightly.

    Brush with egg wash; sprinkle with sugar.

    Bake at 400F for 15-18 minutes.

    Cool; remove from molds.

    Whip cream with sugar and vanilla.

    Pipe into cooled horns.
