Dulce de Leche Cupcakes
Caramel-filled cupcakes topped with swirled dulce de leche frosting.

- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup dulce de leche
- For frosting: 1 cup butter, 3 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup dulce de leche

Cool; core centers and fill with dulce de leche.

Beat butter, sugar, and dulce de leche for frosting.
