Dulce de Leche Stuffed Cookies
Soft vanilla cookies with a molten dulce de leche center. A caramel lover's dream.

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup dulce de leche, chilled
- Flaky sea salt

Freeze small scoops of dulce de leche on parchment for 1 hour.

Cream butter and sugars.

Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.

Wrap dough around frozen dulce de leche balls.

Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.

Sprinkle with flaky salt.
