Earl Grey Cupcakes
Bergamot-scented tea cupcakes with honey lavender buttercream.

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Earl Grey tea leaves
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk steeped with Earl Grey
- For frosting: 1 cup butter, 4 cups powdered sugar, 2 tbsp honey, dried lavender

Steep tea in warm milk 15 minutes; strain.

Grind remaining tea leaves fine; add to flour.

Make cupcake batter.

Bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes.

Make honey lavender buttercream.
