Espresso Brownies

Intensely chocolatey brownies with a coffee kick.

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp instant espresso
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

    Mix cocoa, espresso, flour, and salt; add to wet.
