- 1 cup sugar for caramel
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla

Melt sugar in pan until amber; pour into dish.

Blend milks, eggs, vanilla.

Pour over caramel.

Bake in water bath at 350F for 45-50 minutes.

Chill overnight.
