Mixed Fruit Turnovers
Flaky puff pastry pockets filled with your favorite jam or fruit.

- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 cup fruit jam or pie filling
- 1 egg for wash
- Coarse sugar
- For glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp milk

Cut each pastry into 4 squares.

Place 2 tbsp filling in center of each.

Fold diagonally; seal edges with fork.

Brush with egg wash; sprinkle with sugar.

Cut small vent in top.

Bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes.

Drizzle with glaze.

- •Don't overfill or they'll burst
