Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Bread

Buttery pull-apart rolls loaded with garlic, herbs, and parmesan.

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • For topping: 1/2 cup butter, 4 cloves garlic, 1 cup parmesan
  • Fresh parsley

    Make dough; let rise 1 hour.

    Roll into balls.

    Melt butter with garlic.

    Dip each ball in butter, then parmesan.

    Layer in bundt pan.

    Rise 30 minutes.

    Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.

    Top with parsley.
