Crispy Gingersnaps

Spicy, crispy ginger cookies with crackled tops. Perfect for fall.

  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup molasses
