Hibiscus Berry Cooler

Deep ruby hibiscus tea with fresh berries and lime. Tart, sweet, and stunning.

  • 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Lime wheels

    Steep hibiscus in boiling water 10 minutes.

    Strain; stir in sugar until dissolved.

    Muddle berries with lime juice.

    Fill glasses with ice and muddled berries.

    Add hibiscus tea halfway.

    Top with sparkling water.
