Honey Whole Wheat Bread
Soft, slightly sweet whole wheat sandwich bread. Healthier and homemade!

- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 1/4 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp butter, softened

Mix flours, yeast, and salt.

Add warm milk, honey, and butter.

Knead 8-10 minutes until smooth.

Rise 1 hour until doubled.

Shape into loaf; place in greased pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
Baker's Tips
- •Don't add too much flour - dough should be tacky
- •Brush with butter while warm for soft crust
