Creamy Horchata
Traditional Mexican rice drink with cinnamon. Cool, creamy, and refreshing!

- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 5 cups water, divided
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Ground cinnamon for garnish

Blend rice in blender until finely ground.

Add 3 cups warm water and cinnamon stick; soak 4 hours or overnight.

Strain through fine mesh strainer, pressing to extract liquid.
