Hummingbird Cake
Southern banana-pineapple cake with cream cheese frosting and pecans.

- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 2 cups mashed banana
- 1 cup pecans
- For frosting: 16 oz cream cheese, 1 cup butter, 6 cups powdered sugar
