Iced Chai Latte
Spiced tea concentrate mixed with cold milk over ice. Coffeehouse favorite at home!

- 4 cups water
- 8 black tea bags
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 8 whole cloves
- 6 cardamom pods, crushed
- 1 inch fresh ginger, sliced
- 1/2 cup honey or sugar
- Cold milk
- Ice

Bring water and spices to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Add tea bags and steep 5 minutes.

Strain into a jar and stir in honey while warm.

Refrigerate until cold.

To serve: Fill glass with ice, add equal parts chai concentrate and milk.
