Italian Wedding Cookies

Buttery almond cookies rolled in powdered sugar. Melt-in-your-mouth tender!

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for rolling

    Cream butter and sugar; add extracts.

    Roll into 1-inch balls.
