Tangy key lime filling on a buttery graham cracker crust.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup key lime juice
  • Whipped cream for topping

    Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into 9x13 pan.

    Beat yolks; add condensed milk and lime juice.
