Key Lime Pie
Tangy, creamy key lime filling in a graham cracker crust. Florida favorite!

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup key lime juice
- Whipped cream for topping
- Lime zest for garnish

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into pie plate.

Bake crust 10 minutes; cool slightly.

Beat egg yolks until thick.

Add condensed milk and lime juice; mix well.

Pour into crust.

Bake 15 minutes until set.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Top with whipped cream and lime zest.

- •Fresh key lime juice is best but bottled works
