Lemon Butter Cookies

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tbsp lemon zest
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• For glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice

   Cream butter, sugar, and zest.

   Add lemon juice and vanilla.

   Mix in flour and salt.

   Roll into balls; flatten slightly.

   Bake at 350°F for 9-11 minutes.
