Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
