Linzer Cookies

1Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup ground almonds
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup raspberry jam
• Powdered sugar

   Cream butter and sugar; add egg and vanilla.

   Mix flour, almonds, cinnamon, salt; add to wet.

   Chill 2 hours.

   Roll out; cut rounds. Cut windows in half.

   Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.

   Dust window cookies with powdered sugar.

   Spread jam on solid cookies; top with window cookies.
