Earl Grey tea with steamed vanilla milk. Elegant and comforting!

- 1 Earl Grey tea bag
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup or 1/2 tsp vanilla + 1 tbsp sugar
- Lavender for garnish (optional)

Heat and froth milk.
