Mexican Hot Chocolate
Rich hot chocolate with cinnamon and a kick of cayenne. Bold and warming.

- 4 cups milk
- 4 oz Mexican chocolate or dark chocolate
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Whipped cream
- Cinnamon stick

Heat milk until steaming.
