Mexican Wedding Cookies
Tender, crumbly pecan cookies rolled in powdered sugar. Melt-in-your-mouth snowballs.

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup pecans, finely ground
- Extra powdered sugar for rolling

Cream butter and sugar.
