Millionaire's Shortbread
Buttery shortbread, thick caramel, and chocolate ganache. Three perfect layers.

- For base: 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup sugar
- For caramel: 1 can condensed milk, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar
- For top: 8 oz dark chocolate, 1 tbsp butter

Mix base ingredients; press into 8x8 pan.

Bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes.

Heat caramel ingredients, stirring constantly, until thick.

Pour over base; cool 30 minutes.

Melt chocolate with butter; pour over caramel.

Refrigerate until set; cut with hot knife.
