Salted Mixed Nut Tart
Caramelized honey filling loaded with mixed nuts and a hint of sea salt.

- 2 cups mixed nuts (pecans, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Toast nuts lightly; spread in tart shell.

Heat honey, brown sugar, cream, and butter until bubbling.
